i don't see court change being something properly translated in Smash gameplay while that could work as should in Pokken's gameplay.
also, Sakurai still has to design what he feels it can be done, so he has that final say.
however seeing Steve and knowing Sakurai, he'd likely go with a another gimmicky rushdown playstyle like Inteleon or another bottom-tier heavy with Rillaboom (just being honest here, K.Rool sucks)
i rather no Smash characters at all, there's already so many of them in.
