guys i think i found a flaw in pokemonshowdown's legality check:
i found out that you can have a drizzle politoed that knows counter.
according to database counter is a transfer-only move; politoed can only learn counter in generation 3 via move tutor. of course you already know that this is from a game in an ancient generation back when hidden abilities like politoed's drizzle ability didn't even exist. if this is true then by all means pokemonshowdown's legality check should prevent me from using a drizzle politoed with counter in gen 7 metagames. and yet last i tried it doesn't even care.
am i correct? or is there some way to have a drizzle politoed learn counter?
