Yes, the game has it's warranted criticisms, but I don't think it's nearly as bad as people on this board make it out to be and I certainly wouldn't consider them the worst pokemon games when LGPE exist. I like some of Galar's new mons better than anything from gen 6 and 7 (pic related). I will say this though: SWSH's battle tower so far is the second worst in the series, mainly because they removed the multi battle mode and the streak system. The only battle tower that's worse is RS's. At least SWSH's still scales your pokemon's levels to be the same as the opponents'.
