Everything about Kalos is toptier. Just the gameplay was bad, and the older teens not behaving like older teens. The anime kids act more mature than their older game counterparts, and fleshes out their character arcs. The anime saved an entire generation, virtually no normie dislikes it and it brought back a lot of older fans back to the anime because for once it was believable that Ash was being paid his dues.
