In Pokeon X&Y, random battles will sometimes have objecting in the background (berry trees, weirdly shaped rocks, piles of snow) and it turns out that if you use a sound or wind-based moving during the battle it's interact with that object and drop an item once the battles over, ranging from berries, herbs and some type based items.

Literally had this game for 6 damn years and I just now learned about it when I was looking for a Illumise.
