I think a lot of "experts" fail to realize how nuanced black communities are in terms of looks and tend to write off the possibility of Nessa or Iris being black because they have a pre-baked idea of what looks black rather than a varied experience of what is black.
A lot of the experts might have TV or their personal if limited experiences as a point of reference which is valid but may not be as nuanced as someone who is black with a wide range of characters in their family or in-laws. The former relies on stereotypes or limited information to define what is realistic whereas someone who is black can easily pinpoint people in their lives who is like Nessa or Iris in their lives, just not in a movie or TV show or whatever shows up in a google search.
All the "experts" rely on fame or what they can find in Google or other publically recorded information and claim whatever they can't see must be false.
