You can get to Faraway island in Emerald with a glitch and RNG/SR for shiny Mew from there. Have done that.

Using a glitch so it's not legit. The only legit way to get there was using Old Sea Map that was distributed in Japan and Taiwan during an event.

Guaranteed fake.
While you can transfer a Hoenn Mew from Emerald through Bank without hack detection. It was only available in Japan.
Event Pokemon before Gen 5 were always in normal Pokeballs as well. Also Premier Ribbons were hardly ever distributed, event Pokemon always have the Classic Ribbon which is only available in Event downloaded Pokes from Gen 4 and forward.
Sorry but that Mew is fake. It has no value.

The difference between the two is that you could absolutely easily put a Salamence and Kingdra in the daycare and get that info. However, it would be literally impossible for you to abuse the RNG without those programs which were designed off of over a decade of hacks and exploits.
