Not really sure, Anon. Usually, I go with Pokemon that I like, some of which happen to be Ice-types like Glalie during my adventure through Emerald (and Omega Ruby, but can't exactly be sure on that one) and Crabominable in Sun and Moon, who I didn't even knew that Crabrawler could become an Ice-type.

In my opinion, all Pokemon can be good as long as you know what to do with them, whether it's for the story you're in or competitive battling.

I agree anon. Hell, it could of been better then Volcarona thanks to Icy Scales. But GF likes to ruin everything I love. At least it's kinda usable (if you get a free switch to set up)...

510 BST (perfectly reasonable for a mid/late-game mon) would make for a decent 100 base Speed, giving Frosmoth a reason to actually be used
