Assuming its ability provides a 1.5x boost as opposed to a 1.33x boost like Adaptability (and that it has 200 base special attack), here are the calcs:

252+ SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Blissey: 388-457 (54.3 - 64%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Thunderbolt vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 321-378 (45.6 - 53.7%) -- 41% chance to 2HKO

Fuck the blobs. It's not too unreasonable to assume transistor will provide a 1.5x boost instead of a 1.33x boost since otherwise it's just a shitty Adaptability but anything's possible.

It stands a good shot at 2HKOing Blissey with the trapping damage without even needing to run Choice Specs or any boosting item at all, pretty cool stuff.
