I unironically enjoyed Gen 6 and it is my favorite gen next to gen 2.

The story and characters were very weak, but all my gameplay stories were headcanon, so it didn't matter. The online system was kino and we will never see one like it again. It also was and will always be the only generation where you can have one Pokémon from every generation in your party. I still pull out my copy of Y and feed my frens every now and then.
