Since your internal body temp is around 35°c and since the glands that make the non sperm part of your cum are inside your body, I can probably assume it comes out at around that temperature
If the Pokémon isn't made of ice, it wouldn't melt them of course, but if they are cold to the touch it could freeze on them or just run off of them while it's still warm. So for example, Glaceon can control its body heat and lower it's temperature to -59°c, this is definitely going to freeze your cum on impact via flash freezing
If they are made of ice though, it would depend on how cold that Pokémon is and how much ejaculate you make. For example, Vanillite is made of ice, but it can blow winds as cold as -50°c, so we can assume it's body temperature is similar. This again would probably freeze any cum that lands on it.
But for fun let's say you are some ultra stud and could make enough cum to completely cover a Vanilite, it would still not melt since again the temperature difference is too great. But let's also have more fun and say you could completely cover a Vanilite in cum constantly and for a long time, then you might have a chance to melt it. Since it takes 1kg of 0°c ice 5.7 hours to melt in a 32°c room and Vanilite is 5.7kg, then it would take around 32 hours for it to melt. Of course Vanilite is colder, so if you factor that in it could take infinitely much longer, but you'd need a thermal engineer to figure the exact math of that
But you could probably melt the snow off the top of it at least in one go
