Serperior is only vaguely feminine, and thats moreso because Snivy was a female in anime. I'm not getting feminine signals from it's design.
Emboar was clearly the bara of the Gen. Literally has a beard and the general bodyshape of a body builder. This would leave Samurott as the edgy one of the group. A samurai are far more edgier than a wrestler pig. But if Samurott is the edgy one of the trio this conflicts with Greninja being the edgy one of the next afterwards. Having 2 water edgelords in a row a pattern doesn't make.
I think were due for an actual feminine grass though.
