That stat spread would be absurdly good, Ubers-level easily.
>150 Sp.Atk making it absurdly hard even with minimal investment.
>100 Speed making scarf sets crazy good, and even specs sets solid.
>80/100/100 is god-like bulk for an offensive Pokemon, unless you're hitting it with a STAB or banded Earthquake, it's living the hit with health to spare.

Assuming they get similar stat distributions to the OG regis, they'll be:

So they'll all be slow frail attackers, just one will be moderately frail on both ends and the other 2 will be very frail on one end and decent on the other.
