>>45176506Depends on the format first of all, Singles or Doubles. Also depends on the team you will create and your play style. You can run a more offensive set or defensive one depending on your needs too.
For both format, Quiver Dance is almost a must have (unless you feel crazy enough to use it in Trick Room, then Calm Mind is of course better in that particular case). Bug Buzz, Ice Beam/Blizzard, Giga Drain, Hurricane/Air Slash, Dazzing Gleam are the only interesting attacking moves. For support, Feather Dance, Safeguard could be used but specific format support moves are better anyway.
Boots are almost a must have in Singles for it. You can use it as a Defogger that way.
For Doubles, Icy Wind, Struggle Bug, Wide Guard (can save you for these annoying Rock Slide OHKOing it) or Helping Hand can be good support moves. Tailwind is also a thing if needed but you might want a better setter then.
As for EVs, it depends : can be full Speed + full HP, full Speed + full SpA, full Speed + Def, etc...
