Why did Game Freak make the Lake Trio the weakest legendary troupe in the series? Even the Regis at least have Registeel, and Regice and Regirock were decent when they first came out. Uxie and Mesprit are almost as bad as Articuno, and Azelf was only relevant in Gen 4, before Team Preview.
