When I transfer all of my Pokémon to a new game do they still know it's me or do they think I abandoned them to some other guy with the same name?

How does Pokémon HOME treat Moves that don't exist in SWSH anymore? Are they just deleted or does say unusable or something completely different?

They forget you, even if your OT name is the same your ID is different so it's treated as if it were somebody else's
Just use PKSM to transfer and mess with the friendship values

I mean, since XY when you could customize the PC if your player always looks somewhat similar the smarter ones would probably put 2 and 2 together.

If it's over a bank system and you told them you'll see them soon they probably know it's still you.
If it's via one of the older safari zone recatch minigames, or if you didn't talk to them before shipping them off they have to assumed they've been trafficked.
