Yellow pokemon are always a pain in the ass because generally the best best are Ultra for stuff with Black in the design like Beedrill or Electivire, or Quick for Blue and Yellow mons like Dragonite and Manectric. If the pokemon is neither it kind of sucks. In Gen 6 I hatched a Shiny Azumarill and a Shiny Altaria because I'm violently autistic so maybe do that with Regilectric.
