What are some less popular returning Pokemon you look forward to using? I want to make a VGC team with my boy Xurkitree.

Depending on what new moves Xurkitree gets I've been thinking the same thing actually. It seems like you could Beast Boost moxie sweep, but the issue is right now all of his good coverage moves other than Signal Beam will overwrite Electric Terrain if he Dynamaxes.

The current set i'm inclined to go with is:

Tail Glow
Dazzling Gleam
Thunderbolt
Protect

I'm thinking of Tornadus and Amoonhuss as supportive teammates and probably something like a Ninetales or G-Max Lapras to set Aurora Veil and deal with Ground types. The good thing about Xurkitree is that you can invest in some bulk due to its already massive sp. atk stat + Tail Glow and Beast boost. I'm still stuck wondering whether I should run Life Orb or something like Air Balloon, I just have to do some calcs.

Depends on what format you want to play really. It has body press and 211 Def so it'll probably be good no matter what.

But Eleki's attacking stats are lower than Xurki's, so it's still not stepping on its toes and being an objective upgrade.
