Thanks to competitive and a passable speed tier and bulk, Zapdos will be good. He definitely replaces Braviary and will likely be common in a meta dominated by Incineroar and Lando-t
Motres is bad, unless it gets some really good support moves. Typing is mediocre, stats don't do much, and Berserk is not a great ability even with Sitrus Berry shenanigans
Articuno was doomed to be bad from the start with its typing, and the fact that it can't take advantage of Expanding Force and Psychic Terrain. If it had been fast then competitive may have saved it, but it just isn't.
