If Turner were in creative control of a game, we would have someone who:
a) knows intimately what the fans want, including the western fans
b) has experience playing and even working on western games with a western design philosophy, including the Genius Sonority games, and knows what is expected of a triple-AAA game in that context, he is likely inspired by a wider range of game experiences than Masuda/Ohmori who seem to live in a bubble
c) is actually accessible by the fans
People meme about him but if he were actually in creative control that is honestly our best chance of a good game, unless someone else is given the director position out of nowhere who turns out to be really good for it. But like
