I believe what Master Mustard was saying is that the immense power and great bond Urshifu has with the Trainer who raised it as a Kubfu will always keep them safe as well as never allow them to lose a battle. Now that I think about it, Urshifu is kind of like a "knight in shining armour". Huh, neat!
