they'll put like 70% of missing pokemon in the next game while taking out half of what was in swsh. and then the dlc/next game after that will add the next 20% of missing pokemon, partly containing what they cut from swsh, in an endless loop so one day you can pay them to withdraw your purrloin

The past three or four gens have been gf setting up for a feature to be fleshed out in a later gen. I wish they'd just get more time to work on a single set of games.
