Shudo didn't create Mewtwo at all, he wrote an specific version of the character for a film. Imagine if this shit happened with anything else:

Only idiots in the higher-ups would allow creators to have such petty control over adaptations of stuff they don't even own, like Archie Comics. The fact that this is even comparable to that Sonic fiasco shows how awful the whole situation is.

Shudo couldn't create any real memorable things on his own. Everything people praise from him was made using someone else's work.

Not to mention, what do these people get by holding specific characters hostage like that? Specially when they choose to distance themselves from the companies to begin with. All they accomplish is fucking over people who actually want to see them again. Shudo was never going to get any real benefits from owning movie Mewtwo, same with Ken Penders and his Sonic characters, same with that one creepypasta writer who wanted to copyright claim a fucking bloody Pikachu (the guy who wrote Pokémon Dead Channel to be specific). They're not any different than those idiots hoarding rare video games and arcades.

Only with Sony-produced stuff and Amalgam characters (the latter of which are mixtures of Marvel and DC creations, so it's easy to guess why those are problematic). Otherwise, every Spider-Man adaptation can be fully used as Spider-Verse showed.

I thought it was adorable how Goh had a glass of water ready when Satoshi choked on his food during the train journey. When they first met he was put off by it, but now its routine for them to understand and care for one another. Even without looking for gay fujo vibes its a very wholesome friendship depiction.

The only difference is that the anime didn't shoved Lillie's crush on Ash on the audience 24/7. Unlike the case with Amour where the anime kept pointing out SERENA HAS A CRUSH ON ASH.

Well, we saw that Lillie grew to love Ash by first being great friends and we also see scenes of Lillie being quite similar to Ash and growing to be like him by learning. How I see it is that Ash and Lillie's chemistry was top tier due to Lillie opening up and adoring Ash in the end. Animation quality depends on time, resources and manpower which is why short anime has better animation then long running anime.

For whatever reason, XY/XY&Z had more resources and manpower available which OLM lost during SM series. I heard some guy talking about TPC losing trust on OLM and trying to work with other animation studio like Bones. If it's true then it probably due to XY director's one sided pandering toward Alain which killed whole XY/XY&Z series and all the work that other animator put into the show.

The movies aren't canon, but the OS Mewtwo that appeared when it kicked gary's ass. Mewtwo is an exception because he is capable of mega evolving making it capable of bonding with a human aka Ash. The only legendary that won't be captured is Mew due to never interacting with humans.

Twilight Wings is getting a new episode in November 6th.

Yeah, didn't expect that shitfest to come back for another episode. Being sincere with y'all, unless this new episode has a standard 22 minutes-run I couldn't give a shit about it. Most likely thing I'm gonna do is shit on it, much like I did with every one of every online series.

What comes up to bug me is how little excitement or care everyone seems to have over this. News like this one wouldn't have gone past the radar, but I'd like to believe people are finally realizing they don't love these works, just whether they can hate on the anime because of them either that or they realized TW is nothing but a montage of good animation with nothing else worth looking towards to.

The closest thing to "revival" in a tital I've seen in anime is in Dragonball Z. They named Movie 15 "Revival/Ressurection of Freeza" and that's of course when they brought Freeza back to life.

So in this case "revival" COULD reference the original Mewtwo, in the same manner it referenced Freeza, but who knows.

I disagree. Lillie is nothing like Serena. SM Ash and Lillie's chemistry was great when they worked together and helped each other with their issues. You even have Lillie cheer Ash up when he was in a struggle and see them develop closer. DP Ash and Dawn was alright but the only thing they had were the high touch, but they never exactly had a change in friendship, while they were just the same ol buddies the whole series.

Lillie's chemistry with Ash was poor, she was just another "Serena" without the crush. Ash and Dawn had more than high touch, they had compatibility. Not only they cheer each other up but also help each other to train. They chemistry was multi- dimensional where they sometimes fought over silly things while sometime work together to accomplish something. This was far better than Ash's one dimensional chemistry with Serena and Lillie.

Ash and Lillie had compatibility too especially for their nerdy love for Pokemon. Ash's personality even rubbed off on Lillie.

SM Ash and Lillie practically did everything Dawn and DP Ash did instead of the corny fighting and high touch. But honestly, Dawn and Ash's relationship was stale and nothing improved whereas Ash and Lillie you can see a huge change from the start to finish.

And no, Lillie is a much better battler than Serena. Lillie has feats, she took down a totem Pokemon, learned ice z move, did a double battle using snowy and lycanroc and alola sandtrew with snowy, battled and won using pikachu, trained snowy to learn a new move, made it to the league preliminaries.

All Serena did was do dances and give up fights. As far as I know, Serena is featless when it comes to battles.

Using Viroro as a post for an example isn't the best of choices. The guy is heavily bias against SM in general but for very odd reasons.

Lillie definitely wasn't handled as well as she could of been, but some of the early development with Type Null was decent and the Mohn arc will hopefully be interesting.

Lillie and Ash did nothing together, she was more closer to Mallow than Ash. While Dawn actually trained with Ash and gave him new idea for his gym battle. Their bond is closer to actual childhood friends that became couples as adult.

Midway Johto? Idk, you'd need to watch roughly about 1000 episodes in order to catch up. I wouldn't recommend watching anything past XYZ though, that's when it jumps the shark and it's not really worth watching past that point. The last episode of XYZ is the 938th episode of the ashnime iirc. The movies are worth checking out first, they're essentially very long anime episodes, they don't tell much of an independent story, except for the 21st movie onwards iirc.
The best leagues are/were the Sinnoh and Kalos leagues.

It's not what I believe it's what happened. Ash didn't fight the totem he only took down the support, but either way Lana could never beat the totem without Ash. But Ash & Lillie did more than that, they saved the world together by saving Lillie's mother and helping Lunalala and Solgaleo against Necrozma. Kyogre was just a one off thing with Lana.

Misty left because she's an awful character that doesn't serve any meaningful purpose in the show. Serena is the best girl. Well, actually it's Giselle(you should remember her) but she's just a character for one episode. What makes her special is that she's the only girl in canon who Ash was actually romantically interested in.
Brock was so popular with the audience that he managed to stay till the very end of DP that's a whole fkin lot of episodes. Like, we're currently on the 23rd season, and Brock left during the end of the 13th season, just to give you a perspective.

If I were to specify my opinion on each season, there'd be really no point in pointing out sth in particular and he could just watch the whole thing altogether. Ash's gets redrawn into a Ben10 reject a d the tone shifts into something more reminiscent of a Beyblade filler episode rather than actual Pokemon style adventures.
PM2019 - I guess you could check it out at least because it's the hottest thing right now but overall I'm not impressed with it. They still didn't Ash his proper artstyle back and that really doesn't sit with me well. It still has that "reboot aftertaste" to it imo although while it's also technically a continuation of SM.
...this is just my opinion though I may be wrong

Also, its Ash and Gladion that worked together to help Necrozma while Lillie was on the background supporting. Even Lana played more important role by using her Z moves.

That's because of the philosophy of the show. (Google Takeshi Shudo) Giving it your best doesn't guarantee that you'll win at all, even if you're super strong. But at the same time the adventure only holds value as long as you put soul and effort into achieving your goal and don't give up. Thus, doing your best and losing is better than not really trying and winning. It's a subtle message but that's what I think the show is trying to say.

I didn't claim or lie. Ash didn't fight the totem he just knocked out support helping the totem getting healed. If Ash didn't do that Lana could never win. Lana was just fishing the Totem. Not a contradiction at all.

The thing is not saving Lusamine would cause issues with the Ultra world too so that was an issue. The stakes were Necrozma stealing the energy off of Solgaleo and Lunalala leading to everyone being sleepy causing issues for the entirety of Alola and the world.

Ash and Gladion were responsible with the legendary Z move and battling, but it was Ash and Lillie taking care and supporting Solgaleo and Lunalala.

This is also why they shouldn't be couple since they are rival that are in each others way of their dream.

Also Drew only motivated May to be a better coordinator just like every other rival does like Gary and Zoey. But Ash help May to awake her own love for pokemon and become a better person which was far more important because even Drew wouldn't have liked the person she was before meeting Ash.

Furthermore, pairing on kids anime are always random such as when Sora choose Matt despite being closer to Tai (Digimon) or Gao marrying Paruko despite nether one of them showing any feelings for each other (Futurecard Buddyfight).

But again I am arguing with somebody who still can't graphs that ASH IS 10 YEAR OLD.

OLM Japan animated all series up to XY&Z.
OLM Malaysia handled Sun & Moon and now, Pocket Monsters 2019.
Malaysia animators are used to drawing calarts(Modern day cartoon with wonky arms, stupid faces etc) with less pacing and detail. That's why Pokemon doesn't look so good right now.

The series would probably look better like OLM's other anime, if it was animated in Japan.

Ash always went to Mallow restaurant on his own and run into his classmates there. Solphecles was still with Ash and Lillie in their small adventure even till the end

All the classmate took care of Solgaleo and Lunala, not have just Ash and Lillie. The whole thing if adult being too tired was solved because of Ash, Gladion, Kidwe and Lana before Necrozma appeared on Alola. Even if Ash and ultra guardian didn't got involved, nothing would have gone wrong with Alola.

The very fact that the anime made a kiss scene means OLM has no intention of bringing Serena back. If they wanted Serena to be the endgame than they would have done nothing that would make it hard for her to reappear. Specially when they plan to be more lighthearted in later series.

If it isn't Serena, then it could be literally whoever. If we go by canon, the only girl who Ash actually liked was Giselle. But she was too insignificant in the story to become a recurring character unfortunately although apparrently the writers had plans for her (she appears in the 2nd opening).

Serena still didn't win. Lillie defeated Tyranitar along with Alolapix. If Alolan Sandshrew didn't need Lillie's help they wouldn't have needed Lillie's help which she did to win. Lillie had Lycanroc as a support to help her against Clefable.

When did Ash go to Mao's cafe on his own if he wasn't with his classmates or related to class? You have scenes where Sophocles was not there when Ash and Lillie were adventuring on their own. If you have proof post a pic because it doesn't exist when Ash and Lillie were together most of the time.

Kiawe and Lana did very little which wasn't significant in doing anything. While Lillie explained the lore from the beginning with Necrozma giving Ash the idea to give energy to Necrozma. Naganadel explained it's own view point but Lillie was the one who explained the lore and myth behind it.

The issue with the adults would have kept going for a longer period if no one found out the problem. It wasn't solved at all.

Again that isn't skill if there was no conclusion. It's like saying I could make a rocket with my knowledge by if I never do it, that's called being all talk but no action. So Serena is a featless mess and it's not because I care about some kiss. Lillie confessing to Ash at the end of the series was better than the meaningless kiss.

Why would Ash need his classmates to go to Mallow's cafe? He can go to her cafe whenever or however she want.
Solphecles was with Ash and Lillie when the Mallow rescued them which means he kept up with them.

Kiawe and Lana did more than Lillie did, Naganadel did most of the explaining while Lillie was mostly on the background with Mallow and Solphecles.

The issue with tried adult was already solved and Necrozma's presence didn't affect the adults or Alola, it was a stackless arc.

Ash didn't need to go to Mao's cafe unless he was with his classmates, so no Ash doesn't visit Mao as often as Kaki where he delivers milk every morning.

Again post your proof. You got none because Ash and Lillie were alone together.

Kaki and Suiren didn't do anything significant. Lillie did background and that resulted in Ash doing the Z move idea.

The issue with everyone being tired wasn't even solved until they helped give energy to Necrozma. If they left it alone it would have caused problems in the ultra world too. So saying doing nothing is wrong.
