Look at most youtube vids or threads here, its about quality of life changes or about migrating once innovative features in between generations.
People wanted a more intuitive multiplayer hub, we got that with PPS and then it was taken away.
People wanted to trade Pokemon, the system was improved but at the cost of it being exported to smart phones.
People wanted a challenge, we got a challenge mode once but it was locked behind new game plus.
They're very simple things that any reasonable person would want.
