Charisma: Lowers the enemy(s) Special Attack stat by one stage
Two Birds: The users attacks always hit both opposing Pokemon in a Double battle, even if it's using what would usually be a single-target move
Extremophile: Grants immunity to Fire and Ice-Type moves + immunity to hail damage and other effects caused by hail/sun
Misty Meander: Doubled Speed in Misty Terrain
Storm Strike: 1.5x Special Attack in Rain
Mountaineer: Entry-hazard immunity + resistance to Rock and Ice-Type moves
Vampire: 50% HP drain on all attacks. Moves that already drain HP now drain 100% of HP (if this is too OP, then slap on a Fire weakness/sun 1/8 hp drain on Pokemon with this ability)
