That's the only issue I have with this. They're not Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. All they had to do was not name them Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. With how generic the Japanese names are as another Anon mentioned, I can sort of understand why they did it. But it doesn't translate properly at all in other languages.
