Red and Blue appear there alongside a younger Mina. They don't look like they could be older than like 13. Fast forward SM where Mina is somewhat older, but Red and Blue are clearly significantly older. Not even getting into the fact that LGPE on its own seems to replace the normal RBY story with a different one.
Then we get to how the PWT factors into it all as far as the characters and their timelines.
