While all the Scarf Kyogres, Sand Rush Excadrills, Zacian/Calyrex, and ever 90-95 Spe Legendary is running around, Calyrex-IR sets yo Trick Room, outspeeds almost everything, and can tank so much thanks to having 100/150/130 bulk.
Also with Weakness Policy, its typing, and bulk, you are almost always going to activate it, or get a few kills. This is helped by Dynamax being legal in Ubers again.
