>>45216176This. There's been a lot of dex entries stating some Pokemon have sapience and yet no attempt to actually show ones that are Psychic-types actually communicating. It gets glossed over a lot though, in all forms of media.
I would like to imagine that some of them can at least physically mimic human words but can't form whole sentences.
