You'll either want to do a special Scarf set or a physical Dragon Dance setup. Not much you can do. He doesn't have a lot of options for making a bulky set.

I'd go for a sleeptalker. Status moves won't affect him too much, it recovers all his HP back and you might fire off a strong dragon energy.

You could go full Eviolite Shelgon, but with Fairies this set is probably bad now:

Here’s what I use
Regidrago @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Dragon's Maw
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Dragon Energy
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Fire Fang
Dragon’s Energy when you have 87% or more HP.
Use Draco Meteor when Dragon Energy is less that 56% and you can’t KO with Dragon Pulse.
Spam Dragon Pulse as a last ditch effort where Dragon Energy is too weak and you’re in a 1v3 scenario.

Thougj you could swap pulse and ancient power for resttalk but then scarf would be bad
