This is probably my favorite regional variant, also the fact it can't use wild charge or any electric coverage was an odd choice

It's part of an ongoing joke that none of the Galarian birds are actually the same species as the Kantonian birds. Zapdos's Pokedex entry talks about how the reason it's called Zapdos is because its wings sound like electricity, and Peony goes on about how none of the birds really make sense but they're "close enough". Reminds me a little bit of the fossilmons, where the Pokedex assumes they're put together correctly when they obviously aren't.

I love scarfed adamant meepdos, the toss up between close combat and brave bird is devastating in terms of coverage and punishes any intimidate users, not to mention it can literally push into aegislash freely with blaze kick expecting king’s shield, not to mention Galar articuno’s psyshock synergy with thunderous kick.
