soft-resetting is proven to be faster, not to mention it requires less input
nobody's been able to prove if the kill count method works, but even if it does, it's only a 3% chance to get the increased odds after 500 kills just like wild encounters, so don't even bother

Their shinies are so close to the other one, I would be so scared of accidentaly reseting on an actual shiney because I cant tell the difference
