Machamps.com and they have no way of differentiating between it and a legal hacked mon. I could even name my character
Machamps.com and soft reset (or RNG abuse when we find how SwSh's RNG is tied to everything) until I get the same Trainer ID and Secret ID. Nothing would happen because they have no way of differentiating between legal hacks and legit mons. Nobody has been banned for using a hacked Pokémon from the GTS/Wonder Trade, if they claim that they were banned because they were hacking themselves (hacked raids, using memory editing cheats online, etc.) or because they pirated stuff for their Switch.
