When it comes to the Sinnoh games I always hear Platinum being considered the optimal version to play compared to Diamond or Pearl. I've played around 44 or so hours of Diamond, and just how much of an improvement does Platinum make compared to Diamond?
I've already heard of stuff like the increased pokemon selection, improved battle speed, and new areas added, but are there any more notable changes made like revised routes to lower HM usage for example?
