But if you're a dude who has facial hair, or you shave your head bald, you can notice it. In your case I guess you could shave a patch of the hair on your legs/arms after you wake up in the morning. Pay attention and when you go to bed that night, you'll notice the hair patch basically hasn't grown at all but in the morning you can see the growth tiny though it may be.
