How common are spiritomb research stops? I got like 2 just by having my gotcha on and going for walks but obviously 2 isn't enough for a shiny.
I live in a major city so stop scarcity isn't an issue, but unfortunately none of the scanners around me work anymore so I have to sweep blindly.

He's already basically viable in ML (prem) and decent as a raid attacker if you don't have the electric dragon. The only thing holding him back is survivability and you can't give that as a move.
Like, nothing has more energy gen than TS, nothing hits harder than WC... I guess you could give him a different punch but Ice Punch to counter ground/dragon is probably the best option.

It raises the IV floor to 4/4/4 normally.
Although you have a point, if the floor is already above 4/4/4 it wouldn't make sense to just be adding a flat +4 to all IV's, otherwise all weather boosted legos would be 14/14/14 or better.

I have some Pokemon that although have very bad IV's I would never transfer because they are part of very precious memories that I had with my friends in the summer days grouping and walking for hours, doing stupid things, laughing... Some don't come back- I think they just gave him it back as a balancing measure. I mean, Shadow Claw was returned before "Elite" TM's existed, so it's doubtful that they'll ever de-legacy anything else again now that they can just make you pay 14 dollars for the ETM box each CD.
