Pachirisu is cute not muc I can say besides that; for me it is cuteness done right. Dracozolt has an extremely creative concep that I appreciate a lot. Magnemite is cool, so who cares if it's "overrated"?
Alolan Raichu is not neccesary. I don't like regional forms: Buff regular forms instead of making this, or create new Pokémon based on those ideas instead of rehashin old ideas. I do not like the concept of legendaries in Pokémon either, so all "legendaries and mythicals" are a no.
Charjabug is just... Not for me. But if you see above, Vikabolt is on A. I love the evo line but Charjabug is just not my cup of tea.

I don't really care about Magemite being popular, but it is not good enough imo to be in S. It's a classic design and I do like it a lot but I wouldn't put any member of its line above A

It's one of my favorites. It's simple, but also as a theme. It's not that weak, and has a personality,and I liked it a lot on PMD Red/Blue too. I cannot see much reason to dislike it except maybe Magnezone.

Electrode is supposed to be a mimic, since you find item-balls in-game. Sadly, this concept was not used properly in almost any game.
Simply doesn't mean bland or trash. Sometimes you have to look a little more inside. It is a ball that rolls and that's why it's one of the fastest Pokémon, but GF didn't give it much love after gen I.
