Well they have defense-oriented stats, so you would expect something like Recover. Unless they all get Rest and I just don't remember.

Yes, after a pokemon is damaged in battle they usually heal themselves.
Recover is about getting energy back in a few seconds, not collecting stones.

I dunno.
I've been playing around with Max Sp.Def, Iron Defense, Body Press, Resttalk, and it just stops a distressing number of teams cold. And that's in OU.
It gets walled by any ghosts, but being able to force that switch is still good.

Regirock should get something that buffs its physical defense even harder. Regice get something that buffs its special defense (ice scales works) and Registeel should get something that buffs both.
