Bea and Nessa were the only gym leaders that got much focus in Twilight Wings. Allister's episode wasn't even really about him. As for all the Leon and Raihan stuff, that's because Leon is the "unbeatable champion" and Raihan is his rival. They want him to seem front and center until the next game takes the focus away from Galar.

The art is pretty good, it's a shame they are stuck in such a bad game. First glance, you can tell what their personality would be like. It is a shame that they didn't go for the coomer audience, but at least they leave an impression, unlike some gens. I'd probably rank them in this order. 7, 1, 8, 3, 2, 5, 4, 6.
