If DP remakes are a thing, I have no fucking clue what the fuck is gonna happen. They would probably bring hidden power back, though. Then that means what the fuck is SS gonna do about that? It's just a rabbit hole of questions and confusion anon. I do expect Unown to return one day, so I would not lose hope.

They already have the code for the moves. They can literally copy the majority if not all of it. I genuinely believe Hidden Power and Return were removed for balance reasons. It's not fair that Return gets to be so strong with no drawbacks when 90 BP physical moves with 100 accuracy have some form of recoil. Hidden Power allows every mon to have guaranteed coverage, meaning stuff like Regieleki would be broken.

if Unown come back they should get a revamp, give them a unique Schooling+Power Construct combination which is unlocked from an item you get in an event after completing the Unown dex and have the same NPC that gives you the item let Unown learn a single Sketch.
