I have to admit I like how the legendaries in Swoosh are just local folktales instead of retarded shit like reality altering gods like in gen 3-4.

The difference here being Eternatus' "reality warping" is really just meant to make it look scary like a classic villainous dragon of legend while Dialga and Palkia are outright being used to rewrite reality at will.

The legendary pokémon of Gen 3, 4 and 5 really feel legendary and have a role in the world, which makes them feel really special and mystical.
Meanwhile most of the Gen 8 Legendary Pokémon feel like mere fillers, especially Urshifu.
