The game considers them illegal for use in online because Hidden Abilities didn't exist until Gen 5. The hack checker thinks it's illegal because they didn't update it to take the patch into account

They'll fix it in a few days. The same thing happened when the Alcremie event came out and their legality checker didn't know G-Max Alcremie outside of the default flavor one was legal.
