This stupid shit instantly invalidates anything that's not a Ground-type or has Lightning Rod or Volt Absorb. What were they thinking making it by far the fastest Pokemon in the game and an ability that boost its STAB attacks by another 50%? It's impossible to outspeed and it casually drops nukes without any real drawback
