There is irrefutable, canonical evidence for there being multiples of the Hoenn and Sinnoh box legendaries.
We have no idea whether there are, within one world, potentially multiples of Pokemon like Arceus or Necrozma. However, that doesn't make them any less powerful or God-tier. That Arceus can make multiple Palkia if he wants to doesn't suddenly de-canonize its ability to create worlds/ dimensions, as proven by Cyrus' appearance in Ultra Sun & Moon.
