Why is Sylveon's gender ratio skewed towards males? They could've just gave _it a ratio skewed towards females, since it was the same generation that fixed the Azurill gender glitch.

To make them more difficult to breed extras until you get a ditto. It's no coincidence since they introduced breeding, they've only put ditto near the daycare in one region (in the same Gen as breeding was added) and didn't add it to RS at all. The giftmon ratio is there as a timewaste - either wasting time to get a ditto, or wasting time to get a female.

Why do they always feel the need to gimp breeding? It's not like breeding gets you something all powerful for in game use that grinding doesn't do.
