Would have benefited from serene grace in gen 3, but was only available through shenanigans.
And once gen 4 came around there were infinitely better users of it's only good ability.
HP is it's only decent stat, everything else is trash.
It's strongest move is literally headbutt, and it's only viable when using para-flinch to lower the quality of your own game experience.
