Magnezone use magnetism. Floating isn't flying, retard. Same with decidueye. He is a ghost now so it's not surprising for a ghost to fly while not being flying-type.

Just give it the same move but call it Jolt Kick or something or just make it a pure fighting type. Flying type isn't bird type (as proven by all non-bird flying type pokemon ) and not every bird should have it. They're so inconsistent with it anyway. They gave flying to doduo just for being a bird but not porygon or empoleon despite also being birds.

Drifblim doesn't fly, it floats.
Emolga doesn't fly, it glides.
Doduo doesn't fly, it levitates.
Gyarados doesn't fly, it magically swims through the air.
Just like dragon, the flying type has almost no meaning to GF and is assigned arbitrarily

Flying just means it's part bird, or it has some kind of bird energy, hence why flightless birds have the flying type. As for why Galarian Farfetch'd doesn't, that's bizarre but maybe it just doesn't have any bird energy.

That doesn't doom them at all. GF could make a good physical move whenever they want and in fact they did with Bolt Beak, it just doesn't have good distribution yet.

Basically when they want a physical Electric-type to be good, they make it good. Dracozolt? Bolt Beak. Zeraora? Plasma Fists. Don't blame Pikachu for Luxray or Electivire being bad, it's entirely GF's fault for not caring enough to go back and give them tools

Wild Charge should be 120 base power, while Volt Tackle is bumped up to 150. This would be the easiest way to generally address physical Electrics while keeping the Pikachu line special.
