Go to the three dens in the stony wilderness (the ones in a triangle formation) and drop a piece in one, see if you get an event raid. If not, go to the next one over and try again. Repeat until event den. Next, dashboard an go to settings, go to date/time, click auto-update time to off, go back to game, sleect "invite thers", wait for the join screen then dashboard and back to date/time, set the day forward one, save, go back to game, leave raid. The raid will reroll (a contingency in case anyone failed to get players for one during an actual change of day) and will generate another event den. keep checking until you find the 5* gourgeist, then save and enter raid solo. If it's shiny, great, if not close game completely, reload and reroll the den using the date method again. Repeat until you get another 5* where you try the enter process again.
Just remember to reset the date back to current day before you catch it (turn on auto update again) if you want to use it online this side of the find date, or it'll be locked till the real-time date rolls around for online.
