This meme needs to die. It changes fuck all if the starter typing is primary or secondary. We already got them in gen 6. Not to mention it's a shit trio because it's not balanced.

Fire starter is always the highest or equal, except in Gen 3 where Swampert is the highest. Grass starter is the lowest in most gens but they make exceptions where it's equal (Sceptile, Decidueye etc), but it's never been higher than the others
