Any advice on this Mienshao moveset?

I call it the Bodyguard.

>Coaching
>Drain Punch
>Held Item: Safety Goggles
>128 HP, 252 Speed, 128 Atk

The main intent is to let Tyranitar and Blaziken freely setup, which can theoretically work, but I’m not sure if this’ll play well in practice.

Fake Out doesn't really have a lot of practical use in a support moveset, and it only works on just one Pokemon. It is good for setting up, but you also leave your mons at risk by a powerful move

I don’t know about that. I would use it to prevent an opponent’s strongest Pokémon from targeting my sweeper, but perhaps you can suggest something better.

Replace the goggles with sash, drain punch with close combat, full evs in attack. Mienshao will NEVER balk anything

You recover X health points, the more HP you have the less % of HP you recover when you get the X health points through drain punch. So you’re actually working against you. Better to invest in def or sp def or, you know, attack

Imagine a sceptile using leech seed on a blissey, blissey is going to lose 1/8 of her health, but 1/8 of blissey's health is like half of sceptile's health, so his recovery will be huge.
Similarly a dusclops with eviolite and full evs in both defenses will recover a shitload of HP when he uses pain split against a regidrago.
